Food Tracker

Sports have been a huge part of my life, and in highschool, my sport of choice was football. Like all other sports, football required me to be in my best shape, physically. A big component of physical poise is nutrition. Working out 5 times a week, on top of practicing 2 hours a day required me to eat properly and more importantly, enough. To keep track of my nutrient intake to ensure I was getting the macro nutrients I needed, I used a food tracker to track my daily intake of calories, carbs, protein, and fat. This web app does just that. You can select the foods you ate any given day (from a large database of common foods) and the app will calculate your nutrient intake and display the totals in the bottom row.
